My Personal Why

If you’ve made it to my ‘Why’ page…thank you, I may have created this page just for you.

I know what it’s like to want to start something you’re passionate about, only to quit on yourself over and over—I get it. I’ve come up with some great excuses over the last 30 years.

At 50, I finally reached a point where I had to ask myself, “Are you going to let another decade go by?” The answer was a resounding, “No!”

Sometimes, if you think your goal is too big, it can feel overwhelming. So, I encourage you to explore what it is you would really like to do. Then, divide all the steps to reach your dream goal into maybe 4 to 6 stages, like a pie, and tackle just one slice, then another, and another. This time you’re allowed to eat the whole pie—just not all in one sitting.

There is no time limit on your dreams!

“I truly believe if our collective stories can help one couple, it will be worth the effort to pursue this adventure.”-Lisa

My Personal Why is best summed up in this one quote…

“The best use of your time is creating the time to pursue work that adds value to the lives of others, invigorates you with passion, and inspires you to keep giving your gift back to the world as you grow in all the areas of your life.”
-Christopher D. Connors

Isn’t that what life is all about?

I so appreciate you joining me on this journey,
